La Casa al Corso is not a hotel and for this reason rental for a minimum stay of 4 nights is required.
If a couple wishes to rent the entire house, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is a 30% surcharge.
In the month of August period (D) the minimum stay is 5 nights.

Terms and conditions
- Enquiry about availability is not booking confirmation
- To book simply send an email in response to our availability communication.
- The booking is confirmed via email and the deposit is to be paid within 2 days of booking, if not the booking will be cancelled.
- The amount of the deposit (50% of the total cost) will be communicated on booking.
- If the booking is cancelled 30 days before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
- Check-in: between 2 and 8 p. m.
- Check-out: by 10 a.m.
- The booking will be confirmed if you arrive by 8 p.m., in the event of a non show the booking will be automatically considered to be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
- IMPORTANT: any arrival after 8 p.m. will have to be communicated to us via email or phone.
- In the event of early departure, the remaining days will be charged.

Cancellation: the cancellation will be free of charge if made at least 30 days before the date of arrival. The amount of the deposit must be paid in the event of late cancellations or non show.
